Private private-access policy: this note covers the website application, applicant review, and invitation-only app.
What we collect
The website access application collects only the information needed to route and review your signal:
- Your chosen alias, email address, and state or region
- Your application path, contribution lane, availability, experience summary, and feedback style
- Optionally: a referrer Sentinel ID and broad public-reach description
- For Inner Circle applications only, a one-way hash of the invite token
- Your adult attestation and analysis, privacy, conduct, and no-leak agreement timestamps
Do not provide a legal name, address, phone number, government identification, payment information, account credentials, medical records, financial records, or confidential files.
Invited members
The application service issues a pseudonymous Sentinel receipt and private status key. The service stores only a one-way digest of that key. Approved members may later receive a separate website access credential governed by the access system active for that cohort.
Do not submit passwords, account credentials, private medical records, private financial records, or third-party personal information. The private service does not accept file uploads.
What we use it for
Application information is used to review lane fit, safety, privacy discipline, cohort capacity, and potential member contribution; contact applicants; issue decisions; protect the service; and evaluate the service.
What we never do
- We never sell your information. Not to anyone, not ever.
- We never share it with advertisers or data brokers.
- We run no analytics, no trackers, no pixels, and no external scripts on this site. The only third-party content this site will ever embed is the Cloudflare Stream video player, on the library page.
Where it lives
Website application and pseudonymous member state are stored in the private Cloudflare D1 application database. Approved media or generated artifacts may be stored in Cloudflare R2. The local interface stores drafts and preview receipts only on the current device.
Removal
Want your application removed or want to leave the service? Email waitlist@theshadybotempire.com. Member records required for security, integrity, or correction history may be retained in de-identified form.
