Private terms for the website-native application and unified Empire private member system.

Everything on this site describes a platform in private build. Copy, tiers, features, and design may change without notice before the doors open. Roadmap descriptions are plans, not commitments.

One private member platform

The website, installable app, departments, agent workflows, Film Room, proof pages, and Human Assist are one member platform. Department availability may be active, scheduled, held, or internal. Visible departments do not promise that a requested capability is available.

No external execution

The Empire may analysis, compare, explain, draft, and plan. It does not place wagers or trades, move money, make bookings, file forms, publish content, contact third parties, or operate external accounts for members.

The website application starts review, not entitlement

Submitting an application creates a review record and private Sentinel receipt. It does not guarantee acceptance, access, rank, a future membership, a result, or placement in a particular cohort. Private Access, Inner Circle, and Future Access routes all remain subject to capacity, safety, conduct, and human review.

The Emperor controls the ethical switch

The ShadyBot Empire operates under private owner-controlled activation. Access remains subject to account status, capacity, conduct, and human review.

Account and membership terms

Membership access, account status, and any future billing terms are presented directly to the member before activation.

No results promised

The Empire publishes analysis and grades applicable work in the open. None of it is betting, financial, medical, or legal advice, and no outcome, result, or future performance is promised anywhere on this site. A documented past is not a forecast.
